Approach
I focus on understanding and knowing my clients in the therapeutic relationship so that we can collaboratively determine the best course of action based on client needs, desires and the appropriate application of evidence based interventions and treatment strategies. My theoretical principles and practice are rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systems Theory, Mindfulness and Strength Based approaches.
