Approach
For me, the core ethic of being a clinician is presence — showing up fully for each client with focus, empathy, and respect. I believe that a skilled therapist listens not only to what is spoken, but also to what lies beyond the client’s immediate experience. My deepest purpose is to be a compassionate and wise helper, walking alongside clients as they rise above suffering and discover new meaning in their lives. With every case, I continue to learn humility and draw renewed energy to strive further in my work.
Colleagues and clients consistently describe me as warm, grounded, and empowering—qualities I bring to every therapeutic relationship. I find immense fulfillment in witnessing my clients' growth as they navigate life’s challenges.
About Me
Born in Seoul and trained as a classical musician in Germany, my journey has been defined by a deep appreciation for harmony—both in music and the human experience. After performing and teaching masterclasses across 25 countries, I transitioned into therapy, bringing that same dedication to my clinical practice. To sustain my presence for my clients, I prioritize daily meditation and exercise. I remain a musician at heart, playing the piano and guitar for self-care while continuously exploring the creative frontiers of composition and improvisation.
