Approach
I believe in a collaborative therapeutic approach that is strength-based and solution-focused. I believe in an integrated approach that empowers individuals and assists them in finding balance in their lives. I would like to create a safe environment where individuals can mindfully explore change and break free from stagnation.
About me
I was born and raised on the island of Oahu. I graduated from Iolani School and attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Santa Clara University. I continued my education at Chaminade University of Honolulu, where I attained a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, going karaoke, weightlifting, and eating. One of my life goals is to travel to as many countries as I can and experience each and every culture and cuisine. I truly agree with Maya Angelou when she said: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
