I have an eclectic approach using mindful cognitive behavioral therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, development of coping strategies based on the preferences and strengths of the individual. These modalities are used to support the individual in reaching their therapeutic goals. People can and do change the ways they manage stress and challenges encountered in their lives. I also approach with sensitivity to the impact of trauma. I believe that anyone has the capacity to create positive change in their life.
